Terms and conditions // Studio Ravioli
1. Introduction
By working with Studio Ravioli, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Our services are offered on a subscription basis or through one-off project collaborations. Please read these terms carefully before engaging with our services.
2. Services
We offer two types of services:
Subscription services: Clients can subscribe to our services on a monthly basis for ongoing design and creative support.
Project-based services: For clients looking for shorter-term collaborations, we offer one-off project services.
3. Payments
Subscription services: Payments are charged monthly. Clients can cancel or pause their subscription at any time by contacting us via email (see Section 5 for details).
Project-based services: For one-time projects, full payment is required upfront. For longer-term projects that exceed two months, installment payments may be arranged upon agreement between both parties.
4. Revisions and changes
Subscription services: Clients are entitled to unlimited revisions, but only one task will be worked on at a time. We will continue revising a task until the client is satisfied.
Project-based services: Clients are entitled to two revisions. After the second revision, any final touches (such as spacing, color corrections, and minor adjustments) will be made. No completely new concepts will be created at this stage without additional charges.
5. Termination and cancellation
Subscription services:
Clients may pause their subscription by notifying us via email. The remaining days in the 30-day period will "roll over" and can be used when the client chooses to resume the service. For example, if a client uses 5 days of service in a month, the remaining 25 days can be used later.
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, the service will continue to be available until the end of the current 30-day cycle.
Project-based services:
If a project is terminated mid-way by the client, the Studio reserves the right to retain payment for work completed up to that point. A refund for any uncompleted work may be issued based on the progress made. For longer-term projects, installment payments already made for completed work will not be refunded.
6. Intellectual property
Upon completion of the project or task, the client will receive full ownership of the delivered work. However, the Studio retains the right to use the completed work for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
7. Liability and guarantees
The Studio strives to provide high-quality services. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, nor are we liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. The Studio’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service in question.
The Studio is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of its control, including but not limited to technical issues, client delays in providing required information, or unforeseen circumstances.
8. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Norway. In the event of any legal disputes, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.
Effective Date: August 15. 2024
